Part of Business today is to have a Privacy Policy that outlines our approach to the collection of clients / potential clients data.
We take this seriously and have always taken the approach of only sending information that is relevant to our contacts. Additionally, we have no issue with people unsubscribing from out database at any time. Lives change and you won't be trying to buy a management & letting rights business everyday! Same applies to the standard residential real estate we sell. A Buyer will, eventually find a property that suits and after that 'there out of the active marketplace' so again we're more than happy for people to step away.
Below is our Privacy Policy which we review at least annually and or in the event of Government changes - which is unfortunately, often in this modern world!
